Maybe you should …
Maybe you should try NOT smoking weed and trying to focus on other things. Drugs mess with your head, dude.
Headaches can also be caused by stress and even certain foods (like an excess amount of cheese).

It could be …
It could be restless leg syndrome, but it also could be linked to anxiety if you have it. You should really try talking to your doctor since it’s interfering with your life.

1 way i could …
1 way i could describe it is that every thought i have crosses with another creating new thoughts but in doing so it ties knots in places so i cant continue down that path i was on. this then makes it hard to formulate the thoughts i have bcoz this “routine” is constantly happening. ive been diagnosed with dyslexia and mayb dyspraxia bt i dnt think that explains my thought process/ y i get so restless then tired or aggressive etc i also am tryna write at the moment wen i do everything is violent

I get the same. …
I get the same. Don’t fight it. Eat. Take a bag with you and excuse yourself if you feel sick. The more you fight against anxiety the worse it gets. Prepare for the attack, accept it and it will likely go away.
I’m reading “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle. It’s a big help.

Read Explaining …
Read Explaining colours to a blind man. Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who think there is no hope and that they are alone. It is very informative, sometimes shocking but also very funny in parts. All in all, a good read and highly recommended.

I’ve had this since …
I’ve had this since I was a small child. It has progressed. They say the answer is Seroquel. Bullshit. That is a heavy duty drug used to treat very serious mental disorders, all it did was make my depression worse. I still had the anxiety. Now I’m just dealing w/it.

ive got a social …
ive got a social anxiety disorder. as soon as im in a social situation im not comfortable with my anxiety comes on like a lightbulb. worst thing is when some people get anxious they sweat or shake, but i throw up (but mainly feel like i need to) which means i cant eat while im out cos if i start feeling sick with a stomach full of food its not good lol. so its sort of triggered an eating disorder too because i get anxiety while eating now because it makes me aware of my stomach.

I’m 22, and have …
I’m 22, and have this, but the horrible thing is it took me so long to figure it out. I’m suppose to see a doc soon, but I have so many symptoms of anxiety/depression that I have to take an ambien everynight to sleep (been doing this for the past year and a half). I just hope that whatever the doctor gives me works, I don’t want to go through the whole “trial and error” stuff.

I was diagnosed with this a year ago and no it’s no fun but i live. Yes it chases people away from you and it makes you jittery and overly worrisome. It’s not the end of the world.. I’m on medication and I’m in counseling.. If you’re willing to do the work..you can live with it and be okay..
