thank you very much … thank you very much. it means a lot you posted this the same week my mother and boyfriend both woke up with panic attacks in the middle of the night. hopefully they will take the advice
What herbs would … What herbs would you recommend for women with anxiety? Because from what i’ve heard its different because certain herbs that calm nerves for men will mess up womens hormones. Unless i heard wrong? I also heard that adaptagens mess up estrogen levels in women. But i’m very new to this
Not so certain that … Not so certain that it’s a specific ‘kind’, however I was influenced to meditate by a Buddhist Monk named Thich Nhat Hanh, very inspiring. He teaches you to focus on your breath, with ‘mantras’, if you will, such as “breathing in, I am aware of my body, breathing out, I release tension in my body”. Another technique called “mindfull meditation” or “walking meditation”, where you feel every step, connecting and appreciating all around you.
Very informative, … Very informative, once again! I’m going to take a look into this Reishi, thanks for the link. I found that other people’s concern for my ‘condition’ also made it worse, being supceptable to opinions, I guess. I actually had a black out a few months back, I had dropped alot of weight too, but have since been trying to meditate and reconnect with myself.

i think that both …
i think that both of those things are incorrect.
the adaptogens would be balancing for both men and women.
the recommendations i gave were based on working with a few different women to overcome their anxiety. they all have had great results so far.
hope that helps
