Thanks for your videos man! I think you’re helping alot of people by shedding a medical perspective on this whole ordeal.

    Than You for this. …
Than You for this. I have never been diagnosed with a panic disorder but I have been to the ER so many times for what seem like “heart attack” symptoms. It’s strage though because I’m only in my late 30’s, I will be woken up by a racing heart, tingling in my left hand and chest pain.Even when I calm my self, my heart races untill it’s done racing. I have had full work ups (like you mentioned) including stress tests, MRI’s, everything and I always check out fine.

This is making alot of sense.

THANK YOU SO MUCH….FINALLY IM NOT ALONE ON THIS. I’ve started having related problems early this year. I have depression for four consecutive months, went into fullblown panic and anxiety for most of the summer. It eased down and i would say im almost cured today. however, i have been getting small bouts of emptiness and panic on separate occassions. My doc has put me on atenolol and xanax…but i’ve decided to fight this alone. I’ve been exercising 3-5 times a week and i believed it has

    When we understand …
When we understand WHY we have these strange sensations and feelings and BELIEVE that they are NOT life threatening we learn how to ACCEPT the sensations and then we will be able to STOP shrinking/running/hiding from Panic. We will also realise that thereis no MONSTER to hide from!Panic attacks are only APPREHENTION created dy our catastrophics thoughs. The panic/tension mounts and mounts and mounts untill we are sure we are dying or going insane or losing control. We do this to ourselves with fear

    C.B.T is the …
C.B.T is the SOLUTION for Panic disorder/Agoraphobia.Meds definitely will help you but will NOT cure you.I have had it for 20 years and i can say i am now “almost cured”.I finally found a way out of the vicious cycle of panic by UNDERSTANDING MY CONDITION,FACING EVERYTHING THAT USED TO MAKE ME NERVOUSS AND ACCEPTING ALL THE HORRIBLE SYMPTOMS WITHOUT SHRINKING FROM OR RUNNING/HIDING FROM THEM.You can learn all this through the books/audio recording of a late Australian doctor named CLAIRE WEEKES.

Nate, I encourage you to watch my other videos and to see a psychiatrist. It sounds like you need to get on some anti-anxiety medications to calm down. You need to get a proper diagnosis.

I was now phobic of medication because all the times I went into the E.R. and was given albuterol nebulizer treatments, I always usually left the E.R. worse with my breathing..so this made me scared of medication…all of this horrible treatment/non treatment/mistreatment from this garbage hospital and it’s cold hearted staff helped fuel what is now an out of control anxiety issue that I desperately need help with…my question is, I have accepted it, but the symptoms are so brutal, I am frozen.

    Alright thank you soo much.
I’ve only had anxiety disorder for a year.
and both of my parents both have it.
I know this is kinda a stupid qustion but does anxiety ever go away as people get older?
like will the number of attacks go away or go down.

cause I’m 18 and I get them everyday or like portions of my day and I’m able to handle them due to some self help stuff I read and your video. but I just wanna know if it will still be this way when I’m like 27.

    Panic and Anxiety …
Panic and Anxiety can be Hereditary. In my case, my father had it, so did his brother and a few more members on his side of the family. As far as treatment goes, there are alternatives to meds, however each case is different, thus the treatment for you I can’t comment on. Personally, I chose the medication regimen as it helped my father. Hope that helps.
