I’m only a kid and I have very bad panic attacks, the one thing I’m frustrated about is when I have to go to the bathroom, I walk into the bathroom, I get like halfway towards the toilet and I start to feel hot, my heart races and I can’t breathe, so I die of not being able to go to the bathroom, can any-one help me? what can calm me down? PLEASE help!

I think EFT is interesting, but I am not sure that there is much scientific validation for it? I understand it connected with Chinese medicine. I suppose the proof is whether is works or not. If it don’t work then it’s a waste of time. Everyone is different somethings work for some people and not for others. I think people could find what helps them, but there so much it can be a mind field.

Anyone have inner ear problems? Here’s a suggestion: Get the book “Phobia Free” by Harold N. Levinson. get it used on amazon or from the library for I have no financial interest in Levinson’s work, just an emotional one. The book saved my life. Panic Attack free for 16 years from a simple inner-ear medication. Get your inner-ears checked, thoroughly.
