    Same here, 9 years,150mg now, no panic attack since I started. Heart flutters stopped. Was a living for 30 years. Thank God for this drug.
    Side effects I have are Vivid Nightmares mostly in the AM before wake up time. Sleep disturbance, waking up in the middle of the night wide awake for hours. I take a .05 Xanax for that helps 50%.
    Otherwise doing great and thanks for the video thats was very kind of you!

    Great video!!! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I have had panic disorder for 14 years, I am 44 now. I am currently on Lexapro and it really helps me. I haven’t had panic attacks for 4 years, but I recently had a recurrence three weeks ago and I am slowly getting back to normal. You are right about hearing positive things from loved ones, it really helps.

    Why do you wan’t to stop taking it?

    I use Zoloft 100Mg myself together with Tranxene (a long working benzo) and it’s helping me fantastic (i suffer from panic attacks to)

    The side affects are bad in the first 3 weeks but it might get you on the road again.

    Sorry for my bad English it’s not my native language…
