That’s probably a … That’s probably a mixture of now associating your anxiety with laughing, but mostly because you are hyperventilating or overbreathing when you laugh. I had this too, it was scary… but it went away. Charles
I’ve suffered from … I’ve suffered from panic disorder since 2002 but I’ve made every effort to get better & symptoms are minimal, I live life to the fullest once again. I don’t get panic attacks anymore & I’ve turned my life around 100%. Occasional anxiety but that’s bearable. If anyone wants to talk to me as to how I’ve coped with this horrible condition, please send me a message. I would love to help others out.
I became used to … I became used to this all the time, 9 years with this sickness, illness, monster or wathever you want to call it i totally forgot real life, those days when i was running and laughing all the time without any worry those days when i used to watch the morning sun very brightning, to enjoy everything, all has turned to dark.
Why would you want … Why would you want to keep them at a low level? Don’t you want to get rid of them completely? Panic attacks, like all anxiety symptoms can be eliminated Miami390.
I know how that …
I know how that feels
