Charles, how well …
Charles, how well does this method work for OCD? and “Pure O” OCD? I’m just wondering because for 6 years, i had a very high stressed job and I recently lost it and all the sudden my OCD is thru the roof. Could it be that I set my amygdala at a high point during those 6 years of high stress?

Nathan, I make it a policy never to comment on other people’s offerings, anxiety related or otherwise. I have reviewed many products available online and feel that nothing comes anywhere close to the resource we provide. There are just so many appalling products out there Nathan. My policy is always to go for recognized brands, legal entities, resources with multiple staff and offices, registered specialists, endorsements by medics and people you can actually pick up the phone and call! If I had $1 for …
If I had $1 for every young person we have spoken to about developing anxiety after smoking cannabis, I would be retired by now! You say paranoia and crazy thoughts, but what exactly do you mean? If you mean anxious thoughts, ‘what if’ thoughts and inappropriate thoughts of any kind, it is likely that they are all fueled by your underlying anxiety disorder. Derealization is a symptom of anxiety and worrying is definitely about inappropriate anxiety levels. Have you been diagnosed by a doctor?
